The scene is simple, a teenage Batgirl is kicking the asses of teenage drug dealers (no Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in sight, hardy har har.) Now that the context is here for everyone to see I think I can really comment more on the issue.
Have you ever passed by a group of fifteen year olds hanging out in front of a fast food place, the mall or maybe the movie theatre? These are fifteen year olds with no parental control in sight. Listen to their conversation, what do you hear? Excessive swearing? Yeah, teenagers tend to swear… A lot. The absurd dialogue here, it fits. It’s exaggerrated, but that’s what you do when you’re a writer.
