Something new for the Holidays
Posted by rudyhernandezWe’ve all seen the usual holiday comics that the companies put out every year. I’ve never really paid much attention to these books, but I have to say that I did enjoy this year’s DCU Holiday Special 2008

I know some, maybe even many people will have a problem with the fact that DC chose to incorporate traditional stories we recognize with its superheroes. But I found several of these stories quite enjoyable. Most notably the Good King Wenceslas story by Paul Dini was a fun look at Batman and Robin, and A Day Without Sirens by Joe Kelly was simply fantastic. Even the Aquaman story written by Dan DiDio was pretty good and that’s coming from one of his bigger critics. So if your comic shop still has any copies left, go out and buy it. I think almost everyone will find at least 1 or 2 stories that will bring joy during this Christmas season.
